After the incident of Shanghai 13 Story Building Collapse netizens “human flesh searched” the real estate developers of Meidu (梅都) Real Estate Development Company Limited. A report posted everywhere on the internet listed every single one of the share holders.

Amount them Meidu’s second largest shareholder of the company named Que Jingde (阙敬德) has the same name as Shanghai Minhang District Meilong town mayor’s assistant, director of the land department. Are they the same person? When reporter went to the town government office to confirm this information government worker could not give a straight answer.

“Do you know this person?”
“I have heard of him…”
“What do you mean you have heard of him?”
“Because they said it on the internet, they said this guy from the company has the same name as one of the comrade in town government…”
“So what do you think? Is it true?”
“I am telling you… I will not talk to you too much about it on the phone…”

People speculate even though Que is the 2nd largest share holder of the company, he is really the boss, the “man behind the man”. He was once Meidu’s CEO, but after the re-org of 2001, he only has 15% of the shares now worth 2.7 million Yuan.

QQ Blogger post more pictures that are taken from someone who sneaked into the site. Apparently the site is now sealed off. Netizens question on the quality of the construction after viewing the pictures. “Are they using the right materiel?” “Is there even heavy metal in the cement?” They are also concerned about buildings next to the collapsed one.

Improvements are really important and staging as well will help in getting the best possible price when selling your home. After the improvements, it is also good to get a professional photographer to take photos of your home that will highlight the areas of your home and help to attract potential buyers.
