Nice level of information here. There is so much information around about this issue that from time to time you cannot see the wood for the trees but you have pitched this at entirely the correct level so that the lay person can comprehend – thank you!

If you look closely, You can see the Chinese animators had used the same exact images as 5 CM per second. But just blurred areas of the background and alter some colours.

Wow this is really pathetic.

Happy Sheep and Gray Wolf is great!

Another Chinese-made cartoon, which I would recommend and don’t think is plagiarizing anything Japanese, is Red Cat and Blue Rabbit.

I love how they think it might be bad to knock off cartoons, but when it comes to obtaining by all means advanced Western technology then it doesn’t get reported and is rather generally approved of. Talk about focusing attention where it doesn’t matter!
